PURE ROBBERY!!!! DON'T EXCHANGE! They charged me 14.95% commission on 18 August 2019. This is pure robbery. I asked the teller why haven't you told me about the commission rate before proceeding, she calimed that she can't tell every customer. I replied \the place was not crowded. I was the only one standing.\ She said \I just can't.

This place is a scam please be aware. They charge 127 for 1000 USD you exchange.
Horrible place to try and do business!! Made a purchase at the Apple store and came here to get the taxes returned. They don’t accept any of my Visa cards, AMEX, or even my debit Visa card. Rude and useless service, go elsewhere.
I recognize it was my fault for not reading well. I got charged 60 euros for a us 500 to euro conversion, which is insane. Avoid it
Came to have informations about exchange rate for my family in law, the guy was rude telling me I shouldn’t be bothering him if I had no money to change. I said bye, told me to go f**k myself. TO AVOID !!! QUE NO VAYAN !!!
Beware this place is a scam and customer service people are extremely rude and ignorant. Exchange rate is worst plus a fee and commission. Vendeur name was Alexandre. Don’t go there .
On top of applying an insane spread they also charge commissions. On a trade in buying ruble the rate decreased from 69 to 55 rub x eur. OBVIOUSLY THE teller ( arthur) doesn't inform you about the commission until the transaction has happened leveraging on your good faith that the display ed rates reflect what you will get. TO AVOID at any cost.
Yann stole money from us. He took advantage of Americans and ran away with a hidden \commission.\ He refused to speak to us when we complained and ran in the back claiming that he was having \lunch\ at 9:30 PM. I would stay away from this place at all costs. There are so many other currency exchange locations. This place is a complete scam.
